Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.danishfashionliving,com operated by DFL
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of
your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way.

We are very sorry that a product you bought on Danish Fashion Living has broken down, it is definitely something we want to fix as soon as possible!

If an item is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint. In order for us to assess your complaint, we must ask the following:

  1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact us as soon as you discover the defect, directly via kontakt@danishfashionliving.com. We will be able to offer a solution based on your information.
  2. To document the defect, send 4-5 pictures together with the description. The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images. In addition, make sure that your photographs show the entire product, once in front and behind (for shoes, a photograph of the sole is included).
  3. Send the pictures by E-Mail to kontakt@danishfashionliving.com. We recommend that you use the ZIP, RAR or JPEG formats for the images, as the e-mail including images must not exceed 10 MB in size.
  4. After we have received your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible. Within a few days you will receive a feedback from us about your case.
    Note: If we accept the complaint, it is important that you contact customer service if the return is to be free. Customer service then sends you a return label per. e-mail or mail that you have to tape / stick on the return package.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For
credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit
card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days
have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
